The rooms were nice and spacious, but the cleanliness and upkeep didn’t quite feel up to 4-star hotel standards. The AC was a bit tricky to manage ’ at times it didn’t cool the room enough, while at other times it made the room uncomfortably cold.That said, the location is excellent and very well connected to the Metro, making it convenient to get around. The staff were also polite, courteous, and helpful throughout the stay.Overall, a good stay with a great location, though the room maintenance and AC could use some improvement.

Not worth ’6,000 at all. The biggest issue was that the AC was not working properly, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. For the amount charged, basic facilities should function without any problems.I had a very disappointing experience. The room maintenance was below expectations, and despite informing the staff about the AC issue, there was no satisfactory resolution. Spending a night in a room without proper cooling is unacceptable, especially in a hotel that charges premium rates.The service response was slow, and overall the stay did not provide value for money. Guests paying ’6,000 per night expect comfort, cleanliness, and working amenities, but unfortunately that was not my experience.I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves the maintenance of rooms, particularly the air conditioning systems. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would choose other options in Pune.

Ive stayed with multiple hotels across India but this has to be THE WORSE experience of my life. The Air conditioning of the entire property was down. The staff was not helpful. I had to order basic things like water multiple times and yet I didn't recieve it. The curtain fell down the minute I tried to open. Bathroom had hair all over. Towels were dirty and smelled. Management just said a mere sorry and no action was taken. They said they can transfer me to a sister property but it was a basic room without a pool or bathtub and which costed much less than what I had paid for. Food options are very limited and the management is very unhelpful. I would really appeal the higher management to look into this behavior and hold up to the standards of a 4 star property.

Was here in the third week of May 2026.Service, food and services were average.Pool and gym are decent.AC was non existent throughout the hotel for the entirety of the week I was there. Not maintained well - all guests were complaining and they took no action. They just kept saying it’s working fine.After a long day of work, one would expect to relax in a nice cozy room, not sweat in the room.I wouldn’t stay here again.Pro Tip - Go check the room before you check in. And don’t believe a word they say!

nice facade, looks lavish from outside,polite staff, smiling faces, running to help and always asking for service if it was good. they were absolutely nice to me and the people that I saw.checkin was easy no hassle there, I checked the pool and it was dirty the bottom tiles were broken the pool was unavailable due to some program one day and the other day probably cleaning water. kids pool looked clean.the rooms were clean the laundry like towels were clean too. but everything looked like old and overused items. plates , towels, curtains, blinders the interior work had cracks I saw 2 cockroaches in total but it was not infested probably one of my friends got them in their bags is what I guess, not sure, the bathtub was over used too but usable, the centralized AC was not cooling the room properly, the coffee in the room complimentary one was ok the kettle was little old too. the chair and ottoman was also used and old, the room was very clean but the look was like it has been used for years without replacement. the only new things was the comod cover it was brand new. I had no problems with any items it was working well but the entire experience was in a rundown old place which was probably the best in its glory days. they do have cab service, the food was below average for the high price, the buffet breakfast was amazing on contrary good quality healthy too, fruits salads breakfasts like misal pav and all idli sambar and all were also good. the ala karte was not worth the cost. not even average tasting. the server were again very polite and courteous. all in all people were good the decision makers are bad to not replace old items. so it averages out the entire experience.
