Unclean rooms, unpleasant odors and rude staff

I was travelling for a conference, and needed a place to freshen up. I booked it for the previous night. So, the stay was technically for just 3 hours, with a check-in time of 6 am. When I called the hotel staff, they were very cooperative.

The mattress was bend could sleep, also the toilet seat was having drops of yellow ruined as it was not cleaned before giving to me. This was one of the worst and horrible experience of my life.
