Terrible stay. My booking was for 10 nights for a super deluxe room. I checked in early morning 5:30am and when I reached the reception was not happy with me booking through Agoda. They gave me a regular room instead of Super Deluxe. The room condition was terrible, stinky, cockroaches on floor, stinky bedsheets (it was clear the sheets were not changed ), no toiletries, clean towels, no iron box/service, cigarette smell(I booked a non-smoking room and even found an uncleaned ash tray). I went and complained at the reception and they said every room is super deluxe and did not offer any change of room. I sat there without any sleep and booked another hotel that minute. I went to office around 9am and checked out the same day at noon. This has been my worst experience staying outside. I couldn’t cancel because the app says I was not eligible.
Very disappointing stay. Drinking water was not provided, cleanliness was poor, and the hotel location was difficult to find. Overall, not a good experience and needs significant improvement.
