During the checkout time, miscalculation happened from receptionist and I paid extra but I didn't get my refund back at that time. The manager Mr *** said that they will initiate refund request and you will get refund within 1 or 2 days. Now it's more than a week and still I didn't get my refund. My biggest mistake was to trust this hotel staff members. I request you all do not trust these guys and would never recommend this hotel. Very disappointed.
Hotel provides large room and quick service
The location is undoubtedly great and the rooms are spacious, but maintenance is severely lacking. Washrooms have no shutter locks, hygiene standards are poor, and the inverter fails during power cuts. None of the rooms had effective air conditioning as my parents suffered alot. They didn't had any resolution to it. My dad is asthma patient and my mumma has a bp issue there are around 70yrs old. There is no humanity in this hotel. Quite terrible hotel.
