My experience at Enrise by Sayaji was very disappointing. Before arriving, I informed the hotel that we were traveling a long distance and requested both rooms be ready, yet we still waited about 20 minutes at check-in. The lobby was quite warm; although a standing AC was turned on briefly, it was soon switched off. We got one room eventually, but had to wait much longer for the second. They said the key would come later and gave us temporary access after turning on the lights. The worst problem happened around 10 PM when cigarette smoke started coming into our room despite the AC running. I called reception and was told someone had smoked into the AC duct and to open the window to clear the smoke, but it only got worse. This was especially worrying since I was with my 2-year-old daughter. I had to take her to reception to show the staff, and only then did they change our room. Moving and settling into the new room took another 30 minutes, adding to the late-night inconvenience. Unfortunately, the smoke made my daughter sick and she vomited. I stayed with her for a while, but since she didn’t improve, I had to go out around 11:45 PM to find medicine, with many stores closed by then. I returned around 12:15 AM. Our whole evening and stay were spoiled. The next morning, breakfast was also disappointing; flies were around the area, which is not what I expected from a Sayaji property. While such issues might be tolerated in budget hotels, guests choose premium hotels for comfort and better service, so this was unacceptable. Even at checkout, after paying, we waited another 15 minutes due to delays. When the Sales Manager asked about my experience, I honestly shared all the problems, and he offered a discount for next time, but that can’t make up for the ruined night and distress. I’m sharing my true experience and invite others to judge the standards themselves. Very disappointing stay; I expected much more from a Sayaji hotel.

I organized my mother's 60th birthday party at Enrise by Sayaji. The location, cuisine, and arrangements were excellent. Our guests really enjoyed the celebration. Vishwanath and Sejal provided wonderful assistance and coordination. Many thanks.

The female staff members are all very respectful, professional, and helpful to guests. The place is well kept, and the washrooms are also nice.
