Overall, the hotel is nice and budget-friendly, but I have a few points to mention: 1. The bathroom needs improvement; there was no bath mat, no bath stool, and a broken mug. 2. The room was quite small and lacked ventilation. 3. The AC was not cooling well. 4. Breakfast was included both days, but the options were limited to poha, paratha, pav bhaji (in the morning), and bread with butter, which became monotonous. 5. The room was not cleaned on the second day. 6. The room was small with no proper ventilation or window, only a gallery with intact glass. Overall, the service was good and timely. I recommend it only for a one-day stay.

First, who gave this hotel 3 stars? It doesn't deserve it. I'll explain why after staying here for a week. The rooms are quite small with no ventilation at all; the balcony has closed glass panels that can't be opened, and there are no windows. We checked in 3 hours early, and the receptionist asked if we could pay 300 or give a good rating. If this is how they get ratings, you can guess how misleading these reviews are. The receptionist was extremely rude and made me very angry. Water is a basic necessity, yet we had to pay for it daily. Overall, this hotel is not worthy of 3 stars. It's one of the worst places I've stayed. I wouldn't recommend it for long stays. The hotel had bad guests who were constantly smoking and drinking. Overall, a very bad experience. Not recommended!

The staff was very courteous, and the rooms were tidy and clean. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the nearby area.

Their policy states that even if you cancel the booking and notify them well in advance, they will not refund any money. We booked a room last night paying 1800, and when we informed them this morning that we wanted to cancel, they refused to return any amount.
