Hyatt Regency Pune

I had a great experience at Hyatt Regency Pune and I’m very satisfied with my stay. Parking is convenient, the staff are polite and professional, and the rooms are excellent. The hairdresser is very clean, the staff are friendly, and they do great work. The massage service is wonderful and truly relaxing.The restaurant is outstanding ’ they bake naan fresh on site, there’s a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the space is beautiful and spacious. They also hosted a fantastic Christmas party. The pastry section is excellent as well, offering a selection of very tasty treats.

We booked an apartment, booking shows good for 4 people. When we showed up, one room had no beds. We were informed to use the king bed for 3 people and sofa for 4th person. We were charged 2000Rs per extra 2 beds. We agreed as it was late I'm the night.We had airport pickup included in Expedia booking, which we were charged for as our flights were delayed. We did informed the hotel prior to arrival on flight delails and that we are party of 4 with 5 large bags. They send 2 small cars and charged for both.Extra beds and airport pickup charges were dropped upon talking to the manager while checkout. It's an hassle, seems like you've to negotiate your way into this property. Overall good property, location and excellent dinning options. Staff can be trained little better. Front end staff could be trained better. Managers hide behind front end staff. You've to request several times before you can talk to a manager. This could have been 5 stars, but unfortunately giving 2 stars so management can look into the issues.

Hyatt Regency Viman Nagar is a haven for the senses ’ especially for an art lover like me. From the moment you walk in, it feels as though every corner has been carefully curated with an artist’s eye. Contrasting and complementary colors flow beautifully across the sofa cushions, while paintings ’ some large, some stretching wall to wall ’ fill the space with character and mood. Different colors of elongated glass vases are grouped together, while in another spot, a conservatory table with a polished earthen pot is placed, creating a beautiful blend of refinement and earthiness. Certain pieces stand out instantly, lifting your spirits as soon as you notice them.What moved me most were the earthy materials ’ wood, water, metal, stone. The huge polished wooden doors, the grand monotone fa??ade, calming water bodies, stone pathways, brass lighting, and magnificent chandeliers all come together to create a natural and effortless calm. It’s the kind of place that makes inanimate objects look beautiful and colorful without needing Instagram filters.We visited for a conference, and the environment genuinely inspired me. The conference hall was spacious and could be divided into three smaller sections.And something I truly appreciated: plenty of waiters and helpers around, yet no one ever gets in your way.A beautifully uplifting space for anyone who loves art, beauty, and serenity.

Visited Hyatt Regency Pune for a conference, not a stay, and had a very good experience.The hotel is large, well-organised, and feels professional. The conference halls are spacious, well managed, and technically sound, with staff available throughout to handle arrangements smoothly. Everything ran on time, which really matters during events.The food served during the conference was excellent . good variety, fresh, and well-presented. Both Indian and continental options were tasty, and service was prompt.Overall, it’s clearly a hotel that knows how to handle corporate events and conferences efficiently, with good service and quality food. Would definitely recommend it for business meetings and events.

The location is convenient too, with easy access to major areas in Pune.Overall, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Pune ’ highly recommended for comfort, service, and quality! ’
