We recently hosted our daughter’s wedding at Courtyard by Marriott Hinjewadi, and the entire experience was truly exceptional. The food quality, presentation, and taste were outstanding, and all our guests appreciated the delicious menu and excellent hospitality.The service provided by the hotel staff was professional, warm, and extremely well-coordinated throughout all the wedding functions. Every detail was managed smoothly, making the celebrations stress-free and memorable for our family. Each staff member is diligently trained to deliver the best customer experience.A special thanks to the banquet, catering, and management teams for their dedication and support in making our daughter’s marriage a grand success. We highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Hinjewadi for weddings and special events. Had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Marriott Hinjawadi! From the moment we arrived, the helpful and courteous staff made us feel welcome. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Dining was a highlight’the food was delicious and offered great variety for all tastes. The pool area is stunning and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding. Every aspect of the service was excellent, with staff anticipating needs and going the extra mile. This property truly understands hospitality. Highly recommended!

Despite having confirmed rooms that were paid in full in advance and being informed that the rooms would be needed early morning onward, the receptionists were clueless and did not know when the rooms would be readied for check-in. This meant that the hotel had overbooked their rooms, which while it may be a common practice in this industry, is extremely unfair and shameful since a guest did not get the service that was committed to them.To top it off, the air conditioner in the rooms did not work properly and the housekeeping staff was gaslighting us into believing the A/C was working normally, when they clearly were not.Unbelievably unprofessional and incompetent service from a supposed 4-star hotel. I've experienced better hospitality and genuine warmth from everyday people on the streets who embody actual care.Kindly do not commit to a standard of service that the hotel is not currently capable of or interested in providing and maintaining.

Courtyard by Marriott, Pune Hinjewadi ’ An Ideal Business StayI stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Hinjewadi for a couple of days last week while on a business trip. Overall, it was a very polished and comfortable experience.Rooms and Ambience:The hotel itself looks great with very tasteful decor. The rooms are particularly impressive’spacious, well-lit, and equipped with everything you would expect from a high-end hotel. It provided a perfect environment to relax after a long day of work.Service and Hospitality:The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and professional, making the stay feel seamless and welcoming.Dining Experience:’ Restaurant: I had dinner with my colleagues at one of the in-house restaurants, and we all had a fantastic time. The atmosphere was perfect for a professional yet relaxed evening.’ Room Service: I also tried the room service, which was well-presented and very tasty. As I was following a specific diet, I stuck to the tandoori preparations, and they were excellent.’ Breakfast: The breakfast spread is quite large with plenty of options. Although I kept it simple with an omelette and some grilled vegetables, the variety available was impressive.Verdict:This is an excellent choice for business travellers in Pune. The combination of great rooms, friendly service, and quality food makes it highly recommended.
