The food was good.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Pune! From the moment I arrived until I left, the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive, ensuring every detail was handled with a truly personal touch. Nagesh at the gym was especially helpful, assisting me with stretching and correcting my form during workouts — his advice really helped. Bhagyashree checked in with me daily to ensure everything was going smoothly and tailored to our needs. At the Momo Cafe, Atilee greeted us warmly each time with a genuine smile, and Avijit coordinated all our special food requests perfectly with the chef, which we greatly appreciated. Kanhaiya and the rest of the service team were equally attentive, always quick to serve and refill without making us ask twice. The housekeeping staff also stood out — always cheerful and ready to assist with cleaning, laundry, or restocking the room. It's uncommon to find such a united team truly dedicated to guest comfort. Their combined efforts made this stay memorable, relaxing, and enjoyable from beginning to end. I would strongly recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I will definitely return on my next trip to Pune!

I stayed at Courtyard Pune Hinjawade for 5 days during a business trip and was extremely satisfied with my experience. Everything about my stay was perfect. The room was lovely and well-kept, and the dining was excellent—the food, room service, and bar were all top-notch. Most importantly, the staff were the best part of my visit.
