It was a pretty good place to stay. The breakfast was tasty! The service was great too. Definitely a good choice considering the price. And the location was really convenient. They also have ample parking available.

My 5-night stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and reflected a complete lack of consistency in basic hospitality standards.Housekeeping repeatedly failed to stock essential room amenities. On some days, towels were missing. On others, coffee sachets were not replenished. One room would be fully stocked while another would be missing the most basic necessities. Guests should not have to repeatedly ask for items that are expected as part of a standard hotel stay.The most unacceptable experience occurred on my fifth night. After returning from my night shift at around 4:00 AM, a major electrical short circuit affected five rooms at approximately 5:30 AM. Shockingly, the hotel did not have a maintenance technician available during the night. A security guard and a housekeeping staff member attempted to fix the issue until around 6:45 AM but were unsuccessful.To make matters worse, the front desk informed me that no alternate rooms were available, while a housekeeping staff member suggested cleaning another room for me only after the incident. This clearly shows a lack of preparedness for emergencies and poor guest handling.This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in Pune. Basic housekeeping, maintenance support, and emergency response should never be compromised. I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting even a minimum standard of service.

Had a pathetic experience staying here. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and I had to complain to the reception and then Agoda before it was fixed. Even then, it only worked temporarily and stopped again later.The rooms are spacious, but that’s about the only positive. Most things are old, poorly maintained, or broken. The drainage was clogged, the shower barely worked properly, and the toilet seat was broken.The AC vents were filthy, and the AC itself was extremely noisy. The mattress was terrible, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Even the towel was old and full of holes.Overall, the property is in very poor condition and does not seem to be maintained properly. Almost everything about the stay was disappointing.Breakfast was okayish, but they ask for reviews while having breakfast and stand beside so that you review them better.

I had the opportunity to stay at Premier Tamanna Hotel for approximately 14 days, as my accommodation was arranged by my organization. Overall, my experience was very positive and comfortable.From the very beginning, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. A staff member named Miss Kamla assisted me during check-in’she was extremely polite, professional, and helpful, which created a great first impression.The hotel’s interior is well-designed and aesthetically pleasing. The room provided to me was clean, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout my stay. All the essential amenities were available, and the housekeeping standards were consistently excellent.I would also like to appreciate the hotel staff for their cooperative and supportive behavior. The manager, Mr. Pinku, was particularly professional and approachable. He handled operations efficiently and ensured a pleasant stay experience.A special mention goes to Abhishek Kumar from the catering team, who managed breakfast service exceptionally well. He was always attentive, explained the available options clearly, and was willing to accommodate additional requests whenever possible.In housekeeping, Miss. Soni stood out for her dedication and hard work. She maintained high standards of cleanliness on a daily basis. Although she seemed a bit reserved while interacting, her work quality was truly commendable.The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, which is a great addition. However, I believe the overall experience could be further enhanced if lunch options were also included or made more accessible for guests. Additionally, while the menu pricing is aligned with typical hotel standards, it may feel slightly on the higher side.One area of improvement I would like to highlight is the water policy. Currently, only 1 liter of complimentary water is provided per day, and additional bottles are chargeable. Considering the climate, especially during warmer months, it would be more convenient for guests if at least 2 liters of water per day were included.The approximate stay cost ranging between ’3000’’3500 per night is reasonable given the quality of accommodation and service.Overall, I had a great experience at Premier Tamanna Hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune.Thanks :)Sunil
