We checked in only for one night since we were passing through. We checked in at 9.30 pm. Right from the start, their staff is unfriendly, unwelcoming, full of attitude and doesnt know how to treat guests. Their watchman refused valet service, the receptionist was clearly only concerned with the dont’s at the property and emphasized 3-4 times that only two bottles of water are complimentary and rest will have to be paid, the staff who took us to the room had either gone dumb or clearly didnt like working since his mannerism was so rude. Upon entering room no 809, the centre table had left over food crums, window panes were dirty and greasy, side tables to the bed had a dust layer. We complained but no one at the reception or housekeeping bothered to answer calls for 30 mins. I had to call restaurant and request that reception people return my call. Once complained, we got another room and again the staff who came was full of attitude with a face so hostile, which is so rude and unwelcoming. In the room, when we as family checked in it was 2 adults and one kid, but only one towel was available. We called again and requested for extra pillows and extra towels. We were given only one towel and one extra pillow. Clearly, they dont value guests, are probably running low on amenities, need to spend on training their staff. Even the location does not make up for this kind of treatment. While checkinh out, i personally complained to the manager. Lets see if he takes any initiative to rectify the situation. I dont recommend this property even for a short visit. Pathetic and unwelcoming to the core. The staff needs to understand basic etiquettes
