Not a good experience for a business hotel, especially considering the tariff. The 24-hour charge was quoted as ’7,000. Despite informing the hotel in advance about early check-in and late check-out due to an exam, I received calls during my meeting asking about checkout, which was quite unprofessional.On returning to the hotel around 5 PM, I was given a wrong key and couldn’t access my room. We had to wait in the lobby for nearly 20 minutes for the issue to be resolved.Food quality was also disappointing ’ the dosa served was undercooked in parts, indicating poor kitchen quality control.Overall, the service and coordination did not justify the price charged. Expected much better management from a business hotel.

The hotel is good and the staff are polite, but they seem inexperienced and not properly trained. We ordered dinner, and it took almost two and a half hours to be served. One person served the dal with his fingers inside the bowl, which was very unhygienic. It also took 45 minutes just to get the rotis. Most of the staff appear to be new, almost like college students.The rooms and ambience are very nice, and the location is convenient’close to the Auto Cluster Centre.However, I would not recommend having dinner here, as it can waste a lot of your time.

The room charges and meal charges are high.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience ’ Stay Away!This hotel is a complete nightmare. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with the most arrogant and unprofessional staff imaginable.They act like you're lucky to be there, as if it's the only hotel in the city and you should just accept whatever pathetic service they offer.The food is a joke ’ cold, tasteless, and served after an absurd wait. You’ll waste hours just trying to get a basic meal, and when it finally arrives , it’s barely edible.The rooms? Filthy. Plates from previous meals were left in the room for hours ’ no one bothered to clean up. The housekeeping is non-existent, and the overall hygiene is appalling. It’s like they’ve completely given up on maintaining even the bare minimum standards.The staff’s attitude is beyond rude ’ they’re dismissive, unhelpful, and seem to take pride in being difficult. Every request feels like a burden to them.If you value your sanity, avoid this place at all costs. It’s not just bad ’ it’s infuriating.

Good rooms. Though their air conditioning needs to be properly managed. Room was freezing at 17 degrees even after AC being switched off. Breakfast is a confusing affair. Room service was good.
