Treebo Vikrant Residency

Rooms and Bathroom is very small in size booked 3 in one room but cant accomodate 2 persons. Room very old and walls full dirty, even bath room exhaust fan not working,infromed there is no responds. Requested to change room but there is no consideration, for this price too good rooms are available in this location. dont expect from Treeboo recommendations.

I would give this hotel a 2/5 rating based on the following points:1. Sleep ComfortThe beds are quite old and have become very hard over time. It was difficult to get proper sleep, especially after a long and tiring workday. Since I stayed here for an extended period, this became a major concern.2. Complimentary BreakfastThe complimentary breakfast offers very limited options. The menu is repetitive, and having the same items daily becomes boring for long-stay guests.3. No In-Room LockerThere is no locker or safe inside the room. If you need to store valuable or expensive belongings, there is no secure option available.4. Room Service MenuThe menu provided in the rooms appears to be only for reference. Many of the listed items are not actually available when ordered.Positive AspectsThe staff is courteous, polite, and helpful. The reception manager is humble, listens to guest concerns, and tries to assist whenever possible.Overall VerdictThis hotel is suitable for short stays but not recommended for long-term stays. It is reasonably okay for families as well. Car and bike parking facilities are available behind the hotel.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff had to be reminded 2’3 times for even the simplest requests, and the room phone to reception didn’t even work. Breakfast was served away from the hotel with no room service support. The staff’s attitude was extremely rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional, making guests feel like they were asking for favors instead of receiving the service they paid for. Absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel.

The stay looks new because many of the photos uploaded by the management are old...Also the photos of the restaurant would fool you as it belongs to a different management, located on the ground floor. Those guys are good.Coming back to Vikrant.... The location is okay... A very busy place. The air conditioners have damp air. Hotel staff and support staff are okay but they don't even smile. I stayed there for three nights and they couldn't fix the wash basins drain pipe leakage after repeated complaints.I went for Treebo as I had good experience in the past with Treebo accommodations. Overall the price is okay for the location and services, overall. Good for 1500- 1800 per person.The buffet breakfast is pretty simple.
