JW Marriott Hotel Pune

Our stay at JW Marriott was exceptional. What truly set it apart was the thoughtfulness and heart of the team. A very special mention to Chef Jaspal and his wonderful kitchen team for going above and beyond to prepare fresh, customised meals for our 6 month old infant. Their genuine concern for our baby’s needs made us feel completely at ease. The service staff of spice kitchen were incredibly warm and affectionate towards our son..always smiling, engaging with him, and making sure we were comfortable. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and so special.

We recently stayed 4 nights with the JW in Pune and I would say it was the best hotel experience of my life. Not just in India, but in all my travels. There is literally not a thing I can say was bad about our stay. The staff in the Spice Kitchen are very attentive and helpful with providing us what we needed and literally every meal was exceptional. House keeping did a fabulous job upkeeping the room in immaculate form and responding quickly to every request. The concierge service team was outstanding, helpful And very knowledgeable. We had a health emergency with our daughter during our stay and the hotel staff mobilezed and set up transport to the emergency room where concierge Anand accompanied us and helped us navigate two hospital visits in a foreign health care system. He truly went above and beyond his duties to make sure we were taken care of and our daughter received the proper treatment needed. Anand has a bright future ahead of him in the hospitality world and we cannot thank him enough. Also, special thanks to Richard Lunel, he is the epitome of a great manager. He personally did everything in his power to ensure we had a great stay, and provided us with anything we needed. If we had a request, he said "done" and followed through with that request seemlessly. JW should be using Richard as a trainer for the management staff throughout their broad hospitality system. Our stay was so good that we ended up booking a night with the JW in Delhi, and all I can say is they should send their staff to Pune to learn how to provide a proper 5 star experience. The disappoinment with our stay at JW Delhi only highlighted how special JW Pune is. Thank you to all the world class staff at JW Pune. We hope to stay with you again one day!

We had a very pleasant stay at the JW Marriott. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and well organized. We had three rooms booked for a full week, and everything was handled smoothly.The housekeeping team truly stood out ’ special thanks to Sudhir Sardar, Santosh, and Roshan for their excellent service and attention to detail. The towel decorations were a lovely touch, and my niece and son were especially delighted by them.Overall, a comfortable stay with great service. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care shown throughout our visit.

Specious and clean rooms. Buffett breakfast is exceptional. The chef made a special dish for us which was outstanding. They also arranged a celebratory cake at a very short notice with a personalised message on it. Thank you so much .
