The Hotel Ambience

Had an incredible time at Aroma with delicious food. Vivek and Ashish ensured we enjoyed a diverse selection, carefully considering the type of food and spice levels.

Dined at Aroma. The food was good and the service excellent. The soft, low music created a relaxing atmosphere. It's an ideal spot for family get-togethers. Ashish was very attentive and made sure the food was prepared according to the requested customizations.

We recently ate lunch at their restaurant and found the food tasty. The staff were very courteous. There is parking available and the area is not very crowded. We would be glad to come back.

Have stayed here in the past and the experience was alright.This time I was staying in a single occupancy room and my friend in Pune had come to drop me. They refused to let another guest into the room because it was single occupancy saying we could either sit in some area next to the reception desk with random chairs or go to the restaurant. My friend just left instead.When I got out on my floor I could hear loud music from what seemed to be an independence day party on the floor above. Could hear the sound all the way inside my room which was on a different floor in the corner.Entered the room which stank badly. The bathroom stank badly, but differently.I am generally very non confrontational, but after being denied the chance to hang out with my friend and being allotted a noisy, smelly room, I was really pissed that I had wasted my money on this place.I went back to the reception and complained and he immediately changed my room. They must've known this issue existed because the man who came with me change the room was totally unbothered. When I asked if he didnt smell the stink he agreed that of course it smells. It is the smell of drainage. Indeed that room smelt of sewage.At least the second room was alright. The sheets could've been dusted better and the carpet needed a clean. They have solar water heating so bathe in the day or you would need to drain water for around 15 minutes.Eventually they were also helpful with the room service being quick and efficient with filling my water bottle (for some reason this is very difficult for a lot of hotels including the Taj lol), getting scissors and an iron.Presumably after seeing this review they were more helpful and when I returned a bit late from my meeting they made no issue of me checking out an hour late.
