Business • India • Sep 2026Absolutely unacceptable & unsafe experience. Someone entered my room using another digital key while I was sleeping. A stranger being able to access an occupied guest room is a massive security and privacy failure.I immediately informed the manager, but the response was shockingly careless and no proper action was taken.Even worse, I was later asked not to post a review about the incident because it could affect the hotel’s reputation. Seriously? Guest safety should come before the hotel’s reputation.I would not recommend this Olive hotel to anyone. Do not book this place at all. Guest safety is clearly not taken seriously here.
Very good experience. I almost stayed past 3/4times here only. I would suggest that price of the hotel should be only 1500-1800/-more people will connect
