If u r charging what you charge, the linen and toilets can be cleaner. The food can be better. The requests can be handled better. The guest bathroom can definitely be revamped. The room windows should open and fresh air should be an option. I would have paid 1500 a night for the stay we were offered.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, with restaurants, shops, and other amenities all within walking distance. Breakfast was part of my package, and the food provided was delicious. The hotel is tidy and clean. The staff are polite and helpful.

The receptionist took our ID and failed to give it back, then refused to admit the mistake. Additionally, he spoke to me arrogantly when I asked about accountability. If your reception staff can't take responsibility, you should consider replacing them.
