Treebo Naunidh Suites

I reserved this hotel in Chandan Nagar, and it ended up being one of the worst experiences I've encountered. The area is very crowded, with narrow roads making driving stressful and parking a big hassle. The hotel staff didn't help with parking or guest assistance. After booking, I found out the suite for two guests was booked for just one due to the app's default setting, and there was no way to change the guest number during booking. Upon arrival, staff wouldn't let my partner stay unless I paid extra or canceled without refund. I had to pay more for the same room, which was originally almost half the price. Additionally, the room phone didn't work, so I had to go to reception for help. Service was poor; even when I asked for extra sugar sachets, staff refused, saying only two are provided. It felt like they were doing us a favor despite the cost. For what I paid, I could have booked a much better 4- or 5-star hotel with professional service and better facilities. Also, I only got an invoice for the initial payment, never for the extra amount paid at the hotel, raising concerns about transparency and professionalism. Overall, the experience was disappointing from beginning to end, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for two nights. Overall, the experience was quite average and matched the price point.The location is good if you are interested in exploring Indian street food, but otherwise the neighborhood may not be ideal for everyone. The room itself was quite spacious, which was a positive point. However, the Wi-Fi in my room was weak and not reliable, although the staff did try to fix it. It seemed to work better in other rooms.Communication was sometimes challenging as the staff did not speak English, but we eventually managed to understand each other. The bathroom trash was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which affected the initial impression.Breakfast was unfortunately quite poor and did not meet expectations.Overall, it is an okay budget stay with a good location for food lovers and large rooms, but several areas could be improved.

The room was run-down, the staff unhelpful, and the location quite challenging. After we parked our car, they placed about 20 bikes behind it due to a nearby restaurant. The staff refuses to take responsibility, even though they initially parked the car inside. The rooms are cramped, the area noisy, and there is no parking available for cars.

The hotel staff member is very kind.
