I booked this hotel in Chandan Nagar, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had.The location is extremely crowded. The roads leading to the hotel are so narrow that driving there is stressful, and finding parking is a major inconvenience. The hotel staff was also of no help when it came to parking or assisting guests.After completing my booking, I discovered that the suite I had selected, which is meant for two guests, had been booked under the default setting of one guest because of the application's booking system. There was no option to modify the number of guests during the booking process. When we arrived, the staff refused to allow my partner to stay unless I either paid an additional amount or cancelled the booking without any refund. Left with no other choice, I had to pay extra for the very same room, even though it had originally been booked at almost half the total price.To make matters worse, the room telephone wasn't working, so I had to walk down to the reception every time I needed assistance. The service was extremely poor. Even when I requested a few extra sugar sachets, the staff refused, saying they only provide two. It felt as though they were doing us a favour despite the amount we had paid.For the price I ended up paying, I could have easily booked a much better 4- or 5-star hotel with professional service and far superior facilities.What concerns me the most is that I only received an invoice for my initial payment. I was never given an invoice or receipt for the additional amount I was forced to pay at the hotel. This raises serious concerns about transparency and makes the entire experience feel highly unprofessional.Overall, this was a disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed here for two nights. Overall, the experience was quite average and matched the price point.The location is good if you are interested in exploring Indian street food, but otherwise the neighborhood may not be ideal for everyone. The room itself was quite spacious, which was a positive point. However, the Wi-Fi in my room was weak and not reliable, although the staff did try to fix it. It seemed to work better in other rooms.Communication was sometimes challenging as the staff did not speak English, but we eventually managed to understand each other. The bathroom trash was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which affected the initial impression.Breakfast was unfortunately quite poor and did not meet expectations.Overall, it is an okay budget stay with a good location for food lovers and large rooms, but several areas could be improved.
