StayBird Divine Suites, Kharadi

Very disappointing experience. The hotel staff and management are inexperienced and unprofessional. There is no proper parking facility, and no changing room or basic amenities for drivers.The biggest issue was the payment policy. The hotel insisted on taking full payment in advance without clearly explaining the terms. Even when we were unsure whether we would stay for one or two days, the staff refused to listen and simply stated that it was the hotel's policy. If this is indeed the policy, it should be clearly displayed at the reception before guests make a booking or payment.Overall, the lack of transparency, poor customer service, and inadequate facilities made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their management, communication, and guest facilities.

Very hopeless and chitter staff as well as management we have booked this hotel for our Air Force personnel get together well in advance but on 10 February lift was not working room were not available till 03 pm on 12 February and staff was not cooperative we have struggled a lot since we all were senior citizens retired from Indian Air Force. We cancelled our booking on 13 February since we got lots of problems due to lift was not workings for 03 days but still they charge for third day however we have checked out on 12 February. We have got very bad experience in this hotel. However we have booked 66 rooms for two days. When ever you cancel any activity you get your money back but this management refuses to do that

Very good Service. Stayed at Divine rooms. Tasty food at in-house resturant.Good room and relaxed ambience. Recommend staying at this place .

The 2 stars are for the location only. Nothing else is divine for this absolute gutter of a place.Bed was not made when I arrived, and full of hairs and grime left by previous guest. Bird poop all around the balcony. Soiled toilets and fixtures. Bed was hard like a concrete slab. Towels were old and rough. Service is BAD. Grumpy front office personnel. Tasteless and repititive breakfast. I can go on and on. Avoid like a plague.

Good stay, very neat and clean.one of the staff, Mr Piyush served us with empathy. He sets an example.
