Sizzle Bay Resort

The washroom was unhygienic, the service was poor, and overall it was very unclean.

We chose this place because of the photos in the listing, but our stay was very disappointing. The property was not well kept and was unhygienic, and getting to the property was difficult. The staff were not very polite and did not provide any real customer service when we brought up our issues. We planned a day picnic, but just 30 minutes after checking in, we told the owner we wanted to leave because of the cleanliness and hygiene problems and asked for a refund; the owner ignored our concerns and did not offer any solution. I advise against staying here.

The worst resort I have ever been to. Here's why: 1. The service was terrible. 2. The place was very unhygienic. 3. There was no customer service. 4. The food and drink choices were very limited. Overall, this is not a place worth visiting and shouldn't even be considered as a last option.

The service at Sizzle Bay resorts was disappointing. The receptionist was quite rude. The rooms were acceptable. There was a problem with the electricity and no power backup was available. After raising the complaint, they addressed the issue seriously. They advertised several games, but they didn't even have table tennis or housie games. The swimming pool was also dirty. I would not suggest Sizzle Bay resort to anyone.

A very disappointing experience. We asked if a certain drink/brand was available, and the staff assured us it was. After waiting 10–15 minutes, they returned to say the brand was not available. This wasted our time and revealed poor communication and unprofessionalism. They should verify availability before confirming to guests. Improvement is definitely needed.
