Dirty rooms, broken AC and unhygienic conditions
Guest as saying
The rooms are terrible and overpriced, lacking AC and TV, with old torn mattresses and damp conditions. I left after just a few hours and feel like I wasted my money; it's definitely not worth it.

Couple • India • Aug 2026I traveled to Pune for ACL surgery and stayed at Townhouse Oak, which exceeded my expectations. The building is older but full of charm, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Whatever I needed, they either helped directly or pointed me to nearby options. While there are pricier hotels with only slightly better amenities, this is the best value you can find in Pune. The location is quieter than other parts of the city but still close to great restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant, friendly, and peaceful stay. It will be my top choice for any future visits.

Hotel is good. Rooms are bit small even for one person but well organised. Tv, Ac working. Clean bathroom. Overall nice. I got it for a steal price of 650 which made the deal excellent. The location is slightly on the inner side. Better if you have your own transport. One thing to mention is when I booked the hotel, it was shown on the room details and my confirmation that the hotel provides free breakfast. When asked at the reception while checking in, I was told there is no such thing. So it was a false advertising.
