Dirty rooms, broken AC and unhelpful staff

Extremely disappointing stay. The room did not match the pictures shown on Google at all. It was in bad shape, and the photos seemed deceptive. The air conditioning was broken, and there was no remote for it. Overall, the experience was very unsatisfactory and not worth the cost. I wouldn't suggest this hotel based on what I went through.

I was charged ₹2,000 for a same-day booking, yet the room had a broken AC and was dirty and poorly kept. Given the price, the room's condition was unacceptable. The worst part was the staff's attitude; they were very rude and disrespectful. When I spoke in Marathi, they told me to use Hindi, which was upsetting. Instead of assisting, they acted aggressively and even threatened me. I've also noticed discrepancies between quoted rates and the amount charged, with extra fees requested even after online booking. This lacks transparency and professionalism. The management needs to address staff behavior, pricing, cleanliness, and customer service. The owner should take responsibility rather than letting staff mistreat guests. After this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Guests deserve clean rooms, clear pricing, respectful communication, and good service—not rudeness, hidden charges, or intimidation.
