Main is hotel (Hotel O Aru Sai) me ek bahut hi bura aur disrespectful check-in experience se guzra hu. Check-in ke waqt yahan ke representative ne mere sath rude tone me baat ki aur seedha kaha: "Agle baar se yahan online booking karke mat aana, aana hai toh offline aao. Online booking walon ko hum room nahi dete kyunki online me discount milta hai aur offline me hum 800 se 1000 rupees lete hain." Agar hotel ko online discounts se problem hai, toh unhe platforms par listed nahi hona chahiye. Confirmed online booking ke baad bhi customer ko extra paise ke liye pareshan karna aur room dene se mana karna bilkul galat hai. IXIGO / OYO management se guzarish hai ki is hotel ke khilaf turant aur sakht action liya jaye aur listing cancel ki jaye taaki kisi aur guest ke sath aisa scam na ho. Is review ke alawa, aap app ke Support section me jaakar is incident (extra paisa maangna aur online booking deny karne ki dhamki) ki formal complaint zarur karein.
