This is family friendly hotel. Location is good.. staff is supporting.. very clean and customer friendly hotel
I booked this hotel based on some reviews but the experience was underwhelming, to say the least.1. The AC in the room was not working and after about an hour (past midnight) we were given another room after the technician declared that there was a fault. Our word was not enough. 2. The bathroom was stinking and it was obvious that the cleaning was shoddy.3. Items in the breakfast buffet ran out4. The AC is centrally set at around 24°C, which is rather inadequate at daytime if the room faces west. The thermostat in the room is dummy and only serves to increase your frustration because even if you repeatedly set it to 10°C (it actually goes down to that!) there is no change in the room temperature, which continues to stay at 24°c. So why not inform the guests of this beforehand itself!5. Only one of the two lifts works. The other is supposedly under maintenance. All in all, one can get many better options in Pune at this price point. Best avoided
Four Points is one of the best hotel in its vicinity. The rooms, staff and service is top notch. Food is as expected from a 5 star hotel.
