Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Serviced Apartments, Pune

Had an excellent stay at this hotel! The place felt very safe and comfortable ’ especially as a woman traveller, which really matters. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely awesome ’ fresh, tasty, and with great variety. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful, secure stay with great hospitality.

I’m writing this review now - after a couple of months of my stay - and my experience was truly excellent. The place was very comfortable, and my stay started on a great note when my special request for a specific type of foam pillow - not always available at Marriott - was immediately honored by the staff. The team was extremely helpful and genuinely did everything they could to make my stay special.The room size was good and included all the amenities I needed. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff were friendly, professional and always welcoming with warm smiles.Even after checking out, the front desk lady "Moon" kept the follow-up to ensure I had received my bill and that everything met my expectations. This level of care and attention really stood out. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel

Overall, the experience was excellent and the service was commendable. The staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay. While there were occasional delays in service, they were not frequent enough to significantly impact the experience. The quality of hospitality and comfort provided made up for these minor inconveniences. The ambiance and facilities were well maintained and pleasant. Despite small delays, it remains a worthwhile and satisfying stay.

Service was excellent!From the time I called to book the room, to the time we checked out, the team was attentive, polite, and extremely helpful.The manager, Abhineet, remembered all the precise details and made sure to provide a room exactly as we desired. I forgot the name of the other person at the reception during check-in but he was also very helpful.In the Eatery, the chefs were very sweet and attentive, especially towards my neice. They took the time to prepare special foods for her special diet. I don't know the name of the chef who serviced during the dinner buffet, but during breakfast, chaf Rupak was very detail oriented about all of our orders.Our room was clean and organized and overall service was impeccable!Will definitely be booking Four Points for every visit to Pune.The only reason I'm writing this long and detailed review is because these days 5-stars are behaving more like 3-stars which has proven to be disappointing experiences for us lately.However, Four Points did a fantastic job and held up their service to the letter, and I am truly impressed. My neice had the time of her life!

I was on a business trip to Pune and had a corporate booking at the Hyatt Regency for 11 nights. After the first four nights, I decided to move to the Four Points by Sheraton - Marriott since several of my colleagues were staying there.As a Bonvoy Gold Elite member, I was looking forward to earning nights and rewards with Marriott, but unfortunately, my experience at this property was disappointing and below expectations.Rooms:Although I received an upgrade, the room felt quite basic ’ comparable to standard accommodations in any regular hotel. The light in the shower area was hanging loose, the bathroom door opened awkwardly, and there were only two power outlets, one of which was right next to the bed.Food:The food quality was average and did not meet the typical Marriott standard.Hotel:The location was decent, but the facilities were lacking. For the last three days of my stay, only one elevator was operational, which led to long wait times during peak hours. Laundry services were disappointing.Summary:This property might be suitable for a short one- or two-night stay, but for longer business stays, I would not recommend it. The experience did not reflect the quality or comfort I usually associate with the Marriott brand. Better options nearby (Hyatt, Novotel, Radisson etc)I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience for future travelers.
