The day-shift receptionist working around 12:00 PM on Jun 13, 2026, was completely useless, unprofessional, and put my safety at risk. He made me wait 2 hours for check-in, only to hand over an uncleaned, dirty room. Worse, the room lock was completely broken and would not secure the door. When I reported this massive safety violation to him, he completely ignored me and did absolutely nothing. Later, when the room's AC malfunctioned and flooded the furniture, he again refused to help. The long-term cleaning staff member had to step in and handle everything because the receptionist was completely incompetent and indifferent. This day-shift staff member needs immediate retraining or termination. Unacceptable behavior!
