Location, ambience, staff, food all great.You might see the resturant menu cost at higher end but the taste, quality, cleanliness is top notch.You won't regret any money spend at any place.
Non-cooperative staff. There was no proper landline support, poor mobile network, and weak WiFi, yet they still expected guests to call from their personal numbers for every service request. Even after calling multiple times, nobody answered, and we had to wait 2–3 hours for service.Basic things like toilet paper were not provided at night. The staff was arrogant and unhelpful throughout our stay.One night, due to an emergency, we returned around 10:30 PM. Dinner timing was until 10 PM, and despite explaining our situation and requesting support from multiple staff members, nobody cooperated or tried to help. Finally, I personally went to the kitchen and spoke politely with the chef, who thankfully prepared dinner for us.Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money.
We were a family of 5 adults, and had a very good time. Their service is slow, but that what slow (or rather) normal life looks like; and doesn't compare to big city (instant service) life. The staff is extremely welcoming and does their best to do within their limits. Leadership needs to work better to analyze supply/demand, staff requirement, etc. we would definitely love to revisit when we visit Mulshi next. Receptionist, Rahul and the entire staff, keep up the hard work.
