Couple • India • Jun 2026Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst resort experiences we have ever had.We booked this property after seeing the photos online and expected a proper resort stay for our family. The reality was completely different and extremely disappointing.The so-called “deluxe room” looked more like a temporary security cabin than a resort room. The furniture was damaged, tables were broken, the room felt poorly maintained, and the air conditioning was not working at all. The rooms are covered with sheet roofing, making them extremely hot during the evening. We reached around 5:30 PM and the room was already unbearable — discovering there was no proper AC working was honestly shocking.What made the experience even worse was the behaviour of the manager. Instead of listening to customer concerns or trying to help, he seemed more interested in arguing. It genuinely felt like his job was to fool customers rather than provide hospitality.When we raised our concerns and requested either a refund or a better room, the only alternative offered was a dirty room next to the pool, which he called a “pool view” room. In reality, it felt like the room was inside the pool area itself, with loud music blasting from guests on speakers and absolutely no comfort or privacy for a family stay.The most unbelievable part was the manager repeatedly asking us, “Have you seen any deluxe room?” That is probably the worst thing you can say to a customer who is already disappointed with the condition of the property. Before running a resort, management should first learn how to speak to and treat customers respectfully.In the end, we decided not to stay there at all. We forfeited our money and booked another accommodation in Mulshi immediately.I have travelled extensively and stayed in hotels and resorts across many countries, and this is the first time in my life I have checked out immediately after check-in because the conditions and customer service were so poor.Posting this review so that other families do not go through the same experience. Please avoid this place if you are expecting a genuine resort stay or anything close to what is shown in the photos online. This is a clear example of misleading advertising and extremely poor customer service.
There has been bugs in bathroom and room. Staff is very rude, food quality is worse. Continuously JCB and Tractors noise, we were traveling for some peace but here all got ruined. There is no range to any network and the WiFi provided by resort works in 2G network also they turn it off after 6 PM. Pool is so dirty that it has not been cleaned since years. Pics that they posted on booking apps are fake.
