Had a wonderful stay at 7 Monkey Hill Resort! The resort was peaceful, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The attached swimming pool was a great highlight—clean, convenient, and enjoyable. 🏊‍♂️The overall ambience was lovely, and we really enjoyed our time here. A great place to unwind and spend quality time with family and friends.Food was also very delicious.

Disappointing Stay with Issues

Firstly, the location is definitely worth spending time at. The private pool with a mountain view is beautiful and tranquil. However, there are a few things I didn't like: 1) There are frequent electricity issues, so the generator needs to be turned on often. Sometimes they don't turn it on unless you call them. When the power went out, they didn't start the generator even after we called at 7:30 am. Neither the fan nor the AC was working. We had to wake up and call, but guests shouldn't have to do that; if the power goes out and everything is off, they should handle it immediately. This happened twice and was a bad experience. 2) The food here is very poor and unprofessional when you order. We ordered a sandwich and hot chocolate; the hot chocolate had sugar 3-4 times, so we asked for a replacement, but the new one was just milk without any chocolate. We didn't even drink it and wasted 150 rupees. If the rates are high, the quality should be good. We also ordered a sizzling brownie, but the brownie was very small and served in a small bowl with two scoops of ice cream. That amount doesn't fill such a bowl. If you're charging 9-10k per night, the management should be professional; outside, places with these rates are much more professional. The bathroom was very wet when we checked in, and there weren't many toiletries, which shows unprofessional management and presentation. On the positive side, the staff is very helpful and ready to assist. Advice: If you're charging 9-10k per night, your presentation and food should be very professional, which is not the case here. It's like a normal hotel charging 4-5k. The location is great, but if we're paying this much, the management should be at a higher level.

Scenic But Inconvenient Stay

The resort is located in a stunning, picturesque area, and the rooms are clean and roomy; still, the design makes it feel more like a gym than a resort. Climbing the steep, fortress-like stairs—to reach the pool, your room, or the rooftop restaurant—is tiring. There seem to be very few other ways to get around, and the small staff leads to poor service. Most importantly, only online payments are accepted; cash is not accepted, which is very inconvenient due to the absence of nearby ATMs. . . . . रिसॉर्टचं लोकेशन एकदम सुंदर आणि निसर्गरम्य आहे रूम स्वच्छ आणि मोठे आहेत पण ते रिसॉर्ट नसून एक फिटनेस सेंटर आहे की काय असं वाटतं कारण एखाद्या उंच गडासारख्या पायऱ्या असल्यामुळे स्विमिंग पूल पर्यंत जाण्यासाठी, रूममध्ये जाण्यासाठी आणि सर्वात टॉपला रेस्टॉरंट ला जाण्यासाठी एकच वाट आहे त्यामुळे माणूस तिथेच थकून जातो. दुसरी कुठली व्यवस्था नसल्यामुळे कदाचित स्टाफ सुद्धा कमी आहे आणि त्यामुळे सर्विस सुद्धा मिळत नाही आणि सगळ्यात महत्त्वाचे तिथे फक्त आणि फक्त ऑनलाईन पेमेंट चालते रोख रक्कम स्वीकारली जात नाही जवळपास एटीएम नसल्यामुळे खूप अडचण होते.
