My experience was very disappointing. The hotel's service was really bad, and the customer care team offered no support. They didn't respond, acted unprofessionally, and didn't address my issues. The service overall fell short of even the minimum standards. I wouldn't suggest this hotel if you want good hospitality and quick customer assistance.
