My experience was very disappointing. The hotel's service was really bad, and the customer care team offered no support. They didn't respond, acted unprofessionally, and didn't address my issues. The service overall fell short of even the minimum standards. I wouldn't suggest this hotel if you want good hospitality and quick customer assistance.

The rooms are kept clean and well maintained by the housekeeping staff. On the downside, the furniture and doors are quite old. The fans are noisy and the AC is outdated. Investing in new furniture and fittings would greatly improve this hotel.
