Hotel Shreyas

We stayed for 2 nights and had booked 2 rooms. The smaller room amenities were similar to the larger room except for fridge and seating area. The 2 nd room was a larger room with fridge and the seating area with sofa and center table. The bed was spacious and firm. Towels, bedsheets, bathroom, rooms were (not fancy modern) but clean and simple. The AC was not able to keep the larger size room air cool, we had to keep the fans and AC on to feel it cooler. They also had music system with built in speakers in our room, which we did not use. Service was good, everyday newspaper, amenities were delivered to the room. Room service was prompt.The location was convenient to get Rikshaw and also walk to FC Road shopping and eating out. We had one time Maharashtrian dinner thali at the restaurant. I am Marathi but I found Aloo(patra) Bhaji, Solkadhi, koshimbir, dahi wada were too sweet with added sugar. The rest of the items simla mirch bhaji, pithale, bhakri, masale bhath and sweets Shrikhand , fruit salad, gulabajam were good. Overall it was a good value with convenient location.

Really nice place! The check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth. The reception staff are kind, well-spoken, and helpful, and the support staff are also professional and courteous.As a solo female traveller, I usually have my reservations about new places, but even though this was my first time at Shreyas Hotel, I liked it so much that I would definitely come back.The room was neat and clean, and the bathroom was well maintained. The towels smelled fresh, looked clean, and were neatly wrapped in paper. Newspapers were provided daily. What I appreciated the most was the guest handbook in the room which included the hotel menu, rules and regulations, contact numbers, laundry details, and the TV channel list, which was very thoughtful.Breakfast was good, and the room service food arrived hot and fresh, with spotless plates. You can also tag your room as ’DND,’ and the staff fully respect it.Highly recommended, especially for women travellers.

An absolutely amazing authentic Maharashtrian thali experience at Shreyas! The thali comes with 12+ delicious food items, all served unlimited, and each dish feels like it’s made with genuine love and tradition. You can even order sweet dishes separately for a small additional cost.The service is exceptional ’ the staff is warm, polite, and incredibly quick with refills. The food quality is top-notch: healthy, light on the stomach, perfectly spiced, and truly authentic. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about; every item served hits the right note, and the flavours feel just like a homely Maharashtrian feast.The ambience is royal, clean, and very well-maintained, giving the entire dining experience a premium touch without being too heavy on the pocket. Considering the thali costs only around ’350’’400, it’s genuinely value for money.If you want to experience real, authentic Maharashtrian food in Pune, Shreyas is definitely a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Amazing thali, they maintain consistency in quality which is very difficult. This thali is real Marathi thali for all age groups. If you feel it's sweet then it's the real special taste. This place takes me back to real Pune culture. The food gives satisfaction without health impacts. Only one suggestion is to organise sequence of serving food, by trainning staff, pattice, bhaji was served at the end with rice after multiple ask which should have served first.

This is an old property bang in the heart of the city with lots of eating options close by, however even though they gave us a recently renovated room with a balcony…the toilets leave a lot to be desired. The toilet when used by one person leaves the toilet completely wet making it difficult for the other to use. The supply of hot water is regulated so it is not available 24 hrs. They have a small lift for 3 pax only, so at rush hr it can have waiting time. Breakfast is basic with one fruit, one juice, and tea and coffee is pre made with small cups. Did not have meals so can’t say much on that.
