We had to leave early but the staff was talking may not be loudly but wafer thin walls made the sound loud...neighbour had kept youtube etc on mobie phone speaker...then chatting with somebody...could hear EASILY and LOUDLY...TV not working, Fridge NOT WORKING...WTF???

Location very good and we'll connected with the tourist and important places in the city. It also has metro station at the walkable distance.Indian food is good but American breakfast or continental breakfast was waste of money since they served only 2 slices of bread and indian style omlet with tea and instead of serving grill tomato they served diced tomatos.Rooms has nice views. AC in good but hot water temperature is good only in the mornings and if you want to take a bath in the night water gets cold before bathtub is completely filled.Room material is weathered and some of the glasses were broken. Curtains had lot of stains and same with the corner chair.Customer service is great staff security reception and kitchen staff are very professional. Kind and helpfull.

The worst ever hotel I’ve ever been to. The rooms are so unclean. There’s a very bad stench that hits your face as soon as you enter the room. The pillow covers were dirty, the beds are untidy and unclean, the washroom tiles are broken, the toilet seat was not cleaned or sanitized, the curtains had weird stains, the interiors in the room are so bad and wet that you can make a dent in the wood with your finger. Absolutely not worth the money.
