Treebo Premium Grand Emerald

Grand Emerald located on the main Chinchwad road near KSB Chowk.Hotel is easy to approach as it is on the mail road. Has limited parking.It is one of the old hotels in this area. Mainly used by visitors come here for business purpose.Rooms are small. Ambience was ok ok. Give old hotel vibe. Furniture was old. Bed was not that comfortable. Rooms were not clean, we have to get it clean at the time of check in. Service was not good.They have good restaurant. Serves good delicious nonveg food. We has fish curry and rice. Fish curry was very tasty. Quantity was good enough.Breakfast was good with limited choice, but taste was good.Overall it was ok experience.

Nice hotel to stay. I want to say sorry as by mistake ball pen ink was leached ( just two small drops)on bedsheet while I was writing something,which I should have informed. I believe it would have gone in one-two wash.Morning food and dinners were good.And thanks for giving me Iron box to iron my clothes at the time of need.

One of the worst staff members I have ever encountered was at this hotel. I was there in hotel for 3 days . During the morning breakfast, I simply asked him how to toast bread using the electric toaster, as it was new to me. He rudely replied, ’Khud kar le bhai, self-service hai.’ After paying such a high amount, I was really disappointed with their hospitality. Even during room service, when I asked for water, they told me " Khud niche ake leja". This kind of behavior towards customers is completely unacceptable.

The best place to stay, staff are nice and rooms are maintained, service is awesome,The food is wonderfull, everything is freshly prepared, served hot and the taste is unbeatable.

Buffet has got limited variety and the hotel is decent.Location is slightly away from the main area.
