I had a wonderful experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Pune. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite and always ready to help. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pune!Great hospitality and excellent service. The rooms were neat and well maintained, and the staff was very professional. Loved the food and ambiance. Would definitely visit again!

The property maintains excellent safety and hygiene standards, making guests feel secure throughout their visit.The availability of EV charging is a great modern touch, and it’s clear that the hotel is well-suited for international travelers, as many guests from around the world stay here. Overall, a premium hospitality experience.

I travel frequently for work across India and stay in many hotels. In last two - three months I have stayed at Double Tree by Hilton, two or three times, and my total stay has been for more than 25 days. My experience has consistently been excellent, choosing to return multiple times says a lot about the quality of this place. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and transportation. I always found the rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping does a wonderful job every day, making long stays very pleasant and stress-free. The beds are comfortable, the atmosphere is quiet, and it truly feels like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay has always been the staff. They are professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I need. Their warm attitude and attention to detail make a big difference, especially during longer stays. The coordination between departments is impressive, and the staff genuinely cares about guest comfort. The front desk team Ms. Akashada, Mr. Vivek, Mr. Nishant was outstanding, always welcoming and helpful, no matter the time of day. I would especially like to appreciate Restaurant Manager Ms. Savita and Chef Pawan Chamliyal for the excellent dining experience and attention to guests. I wish I could remember everyone’s names because so many team members made a positive impression on me. I would also like to sincerely mention a few other staff members whose names I still remember: Mr. Aaush, Mr. Omkar, Mr. Ashwini, & Mr. Akash. Their kindness and positive attitude truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and exceptional service.Ashok Jugran(Uttarakhand)
