Nice facility centrally located. Rooms were clean. But any requests with staff for anything takes lots of time to be attended.

I am giving 1 star just because one person DHIRU who was managing floor in vista on valentine day dinner. He ruined our valentines evening by giving us inappropriate table dispite of availability of other seats which we wanted. He simply denied us and then no one turned up to fill that.I don't know what made him do that but he was very rude and spoilt the mood for the evening.Every thing else about the stay was good. AFREEN was kind enough to give early check-in. The food taste was good too. The restaurant staff (excluding DHIRU) was really good. ABHISHEK was really very good at service and made up a little for DHIRU I would say.

2 restaurants, good swimming pool, good indoor badminton and squash courts, gym, spa etc. A good lawn area probably used for outdoor events. But good for taking pictures.Breakfast options were plenty. Rooms were slightly small but clean and they had a balcony. Pretty quick service and the staff communicated well in marathi, hindi and english. Wish we had a day more to explore... :)
