Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan

Poor service and worst staff; never cared for customer at the Momo restaurant; food arrived late and cold (>45 mins to get biryani); the duty manager Mohisin would argue when brought up to him; no consideration of timing and staff was looking clueless and clumsy; rooms were okay, not the best I’ve stayed; location is remote with nothing close to next 10 min drive. If you are staying, you are at the mercy of their food and service. Would not recommend

Had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Chakan. The property is extremely well maintained and offers a very premium, relaxing atmosphere. The staff deserves a special mention...everyone was friendly, courteous, and always ready to help.The amenities are excellent, including a clean swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and indoor games, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The suite was fantastic! Spacious, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. Having two TVs and a bathtub really elevated the experience.The food at Momo Caf?? was excellent ’’ flavorful, well-presented, and one of the highlights of the stay.Overall, a great place for a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended.

We had booked for 31 night package and this is the 4 year we have been coming to the place because of its hospitality.And surprisingly this time food was closed at 12amIt has never happened in our 4 yrs tenure we were fed till 2 amReally upset on the same.How can you stop the food understand drinks needs to be stopped but food should never been stopped

This Hotel is definitely a notch about the regular Courtyard Hotels. Rooms are spacious. View is great. Only drawback is it’s in an industrial area hence venturing out of the hotel to do some activities is a challenge and is time consuming. But as a getaway, far from city hustle, it’s a favourite now!The staff and service is top grade. Vishal at front desk was so quick and prompt to get us an emergency medicine, Vinayak and Rushi serving us food and drinks to our hearts content and Chef Aditya pampering us with anything and everything that we wanted to eat from Vada pav to munchow soup to desi khichdi, it was all so heavenly delicious.Definitely a repeat come back from my side soon! Thank you all for the lovely experience!
