Hotel is priced as per 5 star but facilities, amenities and interior is below 3 star. Room cleanliness was below average. Menu items are very costly, in current time also where internet is easily available they provide 5 mbps speed complimentary internet which work on off. For high speed internet they charge amount. Complimentary breakfast was worst part and the buffet items were less than average budget hotels. The food was cold which could not be chewed properly. Reception staff is very less helpful. Everything was very costly with very limited facility. Overall disappointed.
There was a rat infestation in the rooms we had booked. The paint from the walls was peeling off. The staff didn’t take any efforts to address these issues despite knowing that we were a group of people travelling with small kids. Pathetic staff behaviour! Avoid this hotel even if they offer a free stay.
