We had a long stay this time and since I had grown to have a great communication with the staff it was a good experience , especially Mr Ajeet the Manager was always on call for the bookings and made our stay as comfortable ,he even went out of his way to offer the room to my brother being a heart patient at short notice and gave them a complimentary breakfast too ,always smiling and indeed very courteous to the tee ,not to mention Prashant the front desk manager too very courteous and directed staff most efficiently ,also the restaurant staff always greeted us very warmly whenever we came back ,last but not the least Hari the Concierge ,who was in charge of the bags always greeted us with excitement whenever we came back as if to welcome us home ,our stay was spread out for over three years ,going back and forth ,but definitely was a 'One stop Shop 'back to this hotel and we felt most at home here ,Thank u Royal Orchid Golden Suites,for having us and God bless each and every staff there ,much love and respect,Stay blessed ’’??

I stayed at the Royal Orchid Golden Suites for one night, and I must say, considering the price range, it is one of the best hotels near Pune airport. The rooms are spacious, modern, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff here are extremely helpful and always ready to assist with any needs, which adds to the positive experience.The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food options to start the day. I also had lunch and dinner at the hotel, and I was very satisfied with the quality and taste of the meals.One minor issue I faced was with the water supply. The water in the bathroom was slightly iron-rich, which was not ideal, but it did not significantly affect my overall stay.Overall, the Royal Orchid Golden Suites offers great value for money, especially given its proximity to the airport. The facilities, helpful staff, and good food make it a recommended choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience near Pune airport. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Housekeeping was not done timely, i asked to do housekeeping at 9 am , they didn’t do till 3 pm.Every food or tea or coffee ordered has staff service charge, cgst , sgst which resulted in double bill , too much costly as lots of additional charges being imposed.
