Reserved a stay for 2 days here.Got a suite room which was just about alright.In terms of cleanliness, the bed frame, fans and other furniture was dusty. Did not look like the floor was swept either.There were empty toiletry bottles in the bathroom. After repeated requests as well, the hotel staff refilled everything only the night before check-out, at which point it was pointless.The room was not cleaned on the second day either, so don’t expect housekeeping on day 2.Hotel staff denied giving even 1 single extra water bottle for a suite room which was surprising. The room had a single water bottle.The key card provided did not work, so I had to be escorted in and out every time I stepped out.The biggest problem was the pests, there were cockroaches in the living room as well as the bedroom.

Comfortable hotel with decent rooms

I had booked this hotel for my senior citizen parents, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite the request being accepted at the time of booking, the hotel management denied check-in just two hours before the scheduled check-in time.What is even more shocking is that my elderly parents were simply told to go and find another hotel, without any proper assistance or concern for their situation. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to provide a refund, claiming that the booking was ’non-refundable.’It is completely unacceptable to accept a booking and then deny check-in at the last moment, particularly when the guests are senior citizens. If the hotel was unable or unwilling to accommodate them, this should have been communicated well in advance.Extremely poor management, zero consideration for senior citizens, and absolutely no customer support. This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. I strongly advise others, especially those travelling with elderly family members, to think twice before booking this hotel.
