The stay was quite disappointing. The pictures posted online are deceptive. I booked a luxury suite. There was nothing showing luxury. The website mentioned that the luxury suite had a balcony and other amenities. When I asked the staff, they said that property did not have any balcony at all. The wash basin was in a cramped space. There were no shower curtains with water spraying all across the bathroom. With smooth tiles, it was slippery. The morning breakfast sread was pathetic. It starts only at 8am. I can write more. I didn't understand why the property advertises something and it's not there. As I had paid upfront, I had to complete my booking. Certainly not worth it. I am sorry.

My stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The room was tidy, cozy, and well kept, and the service throughout was outstanding. The staff were courteous, supportive, and professional. I want to particularly commend the housekeeping staff member, Vikram Kumar, for his outstanding service. He was very polite, attentive, and skilled at his job. Thanks to the whole hotel team for their excellent hospitality.
