StayBird - Divine Suites, Business Hotel, Kharadi

A very unsatisfactory stay. The hotel employees and management lack experience and professionalism. There is no suitable parking area, nor are there changing rooms or basic amenities available for drivers. The main problem was the payment policy. The hotel demanded full payment upfront without clearly outlining the conditions. Even when we were uncertain about staying one or two nights, the staff would not consider our concerns and just said it was the hotel's rule. If this is the rule, it should be visibly posted at the reception before guests book or pay. In summary, the absence of clarity, poor service, and insufficient facilities resulted in a very negative experience. I would not suggest this hotel unless they enhance their management, communication, and guest services.

Very hopeless and chitter staff as well as management we have booked this hotel for our Air Force personnel get together well in advance but on 10 February lift was not working room were not available till 03 pm on 12 February and staff was not cooperative we have struggled a lot since we all were senior citizens retired from Indian Air Force. We cancelled our booking on 13 February since we got lots of problems due to lift was not workings for 03 days but still they charge for third day however we have checked out on 12 February. We have got very bad experience in this hotel. However we have booked 66 rooms for two days. When ever you cancel any activity you get your money back but this management refuses to do that

We had booked this hotel well in advance for our Air Force personnel reunion, but on February 10th the lift was not working, rooms were unavailable until 3 pm on February 12th, and the staff was uncooperative. We faced many difficulties, especially since we are all senior citizens retired from the Indian Air Force. We canceled our booking on February 13th due to the lift being out of order for three days, yet they still charged us for the third day even though we checked out on February 12th. Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We had booked 66 rooms for two days. Normally, when you cancel an event, you get a refund, but this management refused to return our money.
