Deeply Disappointing Stay ’ Not Worth the Hype or the Price PerfectI rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so disappointing that I feel others should know. From the moment I entered the room, there was an unpleasant, musty smell that made it hard to relax. The towels provided were old, rough, and even torn ’ something completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer ’luxury.’The food was another letdown. Every dish I tried was bland and tasteless, as if no care or effort went into preparation. For the price charged, I expected at least decent quality, but it was far from it.What frustrated me most was the so-called ’suite.’ In reality, it was just an ordinary room with a small balcony ’ nothing close to what was advertised online. I felt misled and overcharged.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The property seriously needs improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards. I would not recommend staying here unless significant changes

Instead of completing the paperwork with me and giving my family the room key, they made everyone wait ’ even though my documents were clear and I agreed to fulfill all requirements. After a long journey, this was quite tiring ’’.The upgraded room itself felt average ’ the sofa was dirty, and the wall behind the sofa and TV needed cleaning. Thankfully, the toilet was neat and clean, which was a relief ’’.The breakfast cost of ’300 per person felt unreasonable ’ honestly, you can have a full lunch or buffet at that price anywhere in India ’’’’’. Dinner I ordered was just okay, not particularly tasty.Overall, I’d rate my stay 3 stars ’’ Lost one for cleanliness,’ Another for the unnecessary waiting during check-in.Hoping the management improves these issues because the hotel has potential ’’

I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, with everything close by and easy to access. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks to Prachi for her excellent service and warm attitude, she really made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it.
