Stayed here during a business trip and the experience was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. Staff was professional, polite, and quick to respond to requests. The location is very convenient for business travelers visiting Kharadi and nearby IT parks. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Our stay was truly wonderful. Khwaja from the bell desk was very prompt and helpful with our luggage and guidance. Shreyash from housekeeping kept the room neat, clean and well-prepared throughout our stay. Prachi from the Front Office was extremely supportive, polite and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, the hospitality from the entire team made our experience comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Deeply Disappointing Stay ’ Not Worth the Hype or the Price PerfectI rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so disappointing that I feel others should know. From the moment I entered the room, there was an unpleasant, musty smell that made it hard to relax. The towels provided were old, rough, and even torn ’ something completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer ’luxury.’The food was another letdown. Every dish I tried was bland and tasteless, as if no care or effort went into preparation. For the price charged, I expected at least decent quality, but it was far from it.What frustrated me most was the so-called ’suite.’ In reality, it was just an ordinary room with a small balcony ’ nothing close to what was advertised online. I felt misled and overcharged.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The property seriously needs improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards. I would not recommend staying here unless significant changes
