Very disappointing experience.We were two guests in the room, yet only one towel was provided. When I called reception at 6:45 a.m. on 13th February to request an additional towel ’ as I had an important business meeting to attend ’ I was informed that housekeeping would only provide it after 8:00 a.m.Basic hospitality standards require essentials like towels to be readily available, especially early in the morning when guests are preparing for work or travel. Delaying such a simple request shows poor service management and lack of guest sensitivity.Unfortunately, this was an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel for business travellers.

Delaying such a simple request reflects poor service and a lack of consideration for guests. Overall, this was a very unprofessional and frustrating experience, and I would not suggest this hotel for business travelers.

The staff were amazing, the place was clean, and the location was very convenient. Our children had a great time and enjoyed themselves with the Chef and hotel team. Overall, it was a very positive experience 😊 Thanks, Team Klay
