This hotel is definitely unsafe, particularly for women. I stayed here with a female friend, and the experience was very unsettling. The receptionist was drinking on duty and even carried a bottle of alcohol to a room right in front of us. Witnessing such unprofessional conduct from the staff made us feel uneasy and insecure. The receptionist showed no regard for guests' safety. When I asked for the room key before leaving, he casually replied, "There are no keys. No one enters the room, don't worry." That answer was totally unacceptable. A hotel should prioritize guests' security and belongings, not ignore their worries. This place is extremely unprofessional and poses serious safety risks, especially for women, families, and anyone wanting a safe stay. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone.

The rooms appear clean and appealing in the pictures, but the reality was completely different. The room we received did not resemble the photos at all. It was in very bad shape and much worse than advertised. The poor cleanliness made us feel uneasy staying there. The unhygienic state of the room made us concerned about our health, and it felt unsafe. When I brought up these issues, the staff became even ruder and more disrespectful instead of handling the problem professionally. I have a video showing the staff's behavior during the incident. After a long trip, we were tired and hoping to rest, but this stay was a total letdown. I regret booking here and would never recommend it. If you care about cleanliness, honesty, and respectful service, I advise choosing another place.

Peaceful atmosphere ideal for bonding. Staff gave great romantic recommendations for local area.
