Staying at Saffron Inn is generally a positive experience. It is conveniently located close to Pune railway station and the metro station. The place is clean, and the staff are helpful and cooperative.

The rooms are poorly maintained. There is no hot water. We called reception multiple times to report the issue, but they kept us waiting without fixing it. There are cockroaches in the room. The AC is not functioning well.
