We are extremely disappointed with the overall experience and service provided by the hotel. The room condition was very poor and completely below expectations. We noticed cockroaches inside the room, which clearly reflects poor hygiene and lack of proper maintenance.Additionally, the room had an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, making the environment uncomfortable and unhealthy. Cleanliness standards were not maintained properly, and the overall atmosphere did not feel fresh or welcoming.The service response from the staff was also unsatisfactory, and our concerns were not addressed seriously. We expected at least basic hospitality and cleanliness, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from start to finish.Considering the hygiene issues, poor maintenance, and disappointing service, we would not recommend this hotel to others. The management seriously needs to improve cleanliness, room maintenance, and customer service standards.
