Hotel Madhav International

Only request is pls pls don't come to this hotel don't visit or book any thing , it's a worst location , worst service etc , just like a slum hotel .

I recently stayed at Hotel Madhav International Pune and had mixed experiences. The breakfast spread was quite good, with a variety of options to choose from. The lunch was decent, nothing to complain about but nothing to write home about either. However, the hotel's ambiance was a major letdown. The decor and overall atmosphere felt outdated and lacked warmth. Maybe some TLC can elevate the experience. Food-wise, it's okay, but the ambiance needs a serious revamp.

Believe me, this hotel is charging Rs. 50/- for a 1 Ltr packaged water bottle to its guests, which I am not sure is legal or not. I had booked a deluxe room for me, my wife and our kid. The double bed was so small that, all three of us could hardly fit in the bed and we spent whole night in shifting and without getting sleep due restricted space. They really need to upgrade their mattresses on priority. Room Service was not at all good. Hot water was not available in the washroom and when asked, the room service guy told me it is not working since many days and gave us a immersion electric heater and we had to do the exercises of filling the bucket with water in washroom, bring it to the hall, plug in, heat it up and again take it to washroom and finally have bath for all three of us. Dental kit was not provided. I ordered the ghee rice and it was the worst ghee rice I have ever eaten in my life. These cheap hotels only care about money instead of guests needs, comfort and well being.

I stayed at Hotel Madhav International, Pune for 15 days and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The service was truly 5-star ’ very smooth, quick, and reliable.All the staff members were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. They made me feel at home with their warmth and professionalism. Clean rooms, great hospitality, and a very comfortable environment. Location is also prime ’ easy access to transportation and city hotspots.Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pune.Thank you to the entire team at Madhav International for such a memorable stay! ’’

Booked 15 days in advance through Cleartrip, only to be told at 2:00 AM that my reservation was cancelled without any notice. No help, no explanation’just asked to ’figure it out’ on my own.Terrible staff, zero accountability, and absolutely no sense of hospitality.Do yourself a favor’avoid this hotel and never book through Cleartrip.Worst experience ever.
