We stayed here as we had no choice , the location was near the exam hall and close go the Pune station for outstation trains . The cleanliness was average and what was disgusting to see that room service left plates outside the door overnight till next morning so I wouldn’t trust their kitchen hygiene. Breakfast showed fruit etc but it was basic and they said they have discontinued. We waited for 20 mins past the breakfast start time and they still didn’t do the set up . It seems their staff is sloppy and lazy, least bothered. We were happy to just get out of there soon. The Kerala restaurant next door has amazing food, that was the saving grace for our dinner. It’s very popular all day long for chai snacks.

The facilities were not as per the room rent..like there was no ventilation in the bathroom, the kettle was also faulty, the locks of the room and bathroom were also faulty..and they charged Rs 1000 for 1 extra mattress.
