The staff and the property is truly classy. But the management has to take care of certain things and services. All the requests made at the time of booking were not fulfilled. There was an inordinate delay in serving of the food in the restaurant.Again the staff was very cordial, especially Simran was very sweet and caring
Rooms very neat and clean, excellent staff behaviour. Breakfast very wide spread, good taste, chef very courteous and friendly.
It was a weekend getaway for me.Pros: Spacious and clean rooms, staff are polite and courteous too, service is good too, swimming pool clean and operational, Breakfast and dinner (buffet) lot of varieties, spa was good too! Won’t say it’s value for money… charges bit premium but all in all a very good experience and worth recommending.
