We have been visiting this hotel regularly and have always expected a comfortable and pleasant experience. Unfortunately, our recent visit was extremely disappointing.We had specifically booked a king-size bed, but when we requested the same from the female receptionist, she provided us with two single beds joined together instead. This was not what we had booked or expected.What made the experience even worse was the receptionist’s unprofessional and unpleasant way of speaking. As regular customers, we expect courteous communication, proper service, and respect from the staff.It is disappointing to receive such treatment at a place we visit regularly. The management should take this feedback seriously, address the staff’s behaviour, and ensure that guests receive the room and service they have booked.Overall, this was a very poor experience, and we hope the management takes appropriate action to prevent such incidents in the future. I need some kind of compensation for this adjustment
