Whatever you see in photos on their portal are not at all same. I have uploaded the photos. Cleanliness i would give minus 10. Water bottle was given only once and when asked for the second day stay they said bottles are finished. Their intercom was full of dust-see pic and it is not in working condition. When asked reply was yes it won't work. Now in bathroom you will not be able to see the mirror as its full of watermarks - see pic. You will not be able to touch the handwash as it is filtly. When asked of they have brush paste answer was there is store outside the hotel go and buy. Bedsheets are very old and torn in many places, When i saw pillow after removing its full of stains. Now you decide if you want to stay there.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at OYO Super Townhouse Amanora Park (formerly Samrat Inn) was extremely disappointing.The room was in a pathetic condition. The floor hadn’t even been swept or cleaned before check-in, and the entire room felt neglected. There were no toiletries provided, no towels in the room, and when I requested towels, I was given old towels full of holes.The bed was equally bad. A double bed was provided with only a single pillow, and I was told there were no extra pillows available. The mattress was smelly and uncomfortable, and the bedsheets were covered with stains of unknown origin, with visible holes as well. It was unhygienic and completely unacceptable.The maintenance was poor too. The side table was broken, and the intercom wasn’t working, forcing me to walk down to the reception every single time I needed assistance.The biggest disappointment was the service. The official check-in time is 12:00 PM, yet when I arrived at 9:00 PM, my room was still not ready. I had to wait another 30 minutes before being allotted the room. Every visit to the reception was frustrating because it was frequently left unattended for 10’15 minutes at a time.I even went downstairs to request clean extra pillows, expecting someone to bring them to the room. After waiting 30’40 minutes, nobody came or even bothered to follow up. I had to go back to the reception yet again to remind them myself.Overall, this property reflects poor housekeeping, poor maintenance, and even worse customer service. Basic hospitality standards were missing throughout my stay. I would strongly advise travellers to avoid this property and consider other options nearby.
