No other options close by. A decent and tidy place.

Terrible experience. Avoid booking by calling the number listed on Google. We paid an advance but were later refused check-in. The receptionist was very rude, made us wait in extreme heat without a fan while denying us entry. They charged extra money. The room was cramped, the AC was not working, and when we asked for help, nothing was done. Most importantly, the receptionist's rude behavior will make you want to leave the hotel. Poor service and attitude towards guests. Don't trust the fake ratings. This is an honest review (stayed on 17th May 2026).

I stayed at FabHotel Prime Shourya Residency on my recent visit to Pune. One major plus of this hotel is its location, right next to the highway, which makes travel and access very convenient. The rooms were a good size and comfortable enough for two guests. They were decent, and my overall stay was satisfactory. However, there are some areas for improvement. The breakfast selection and food quality were just average and could be better given the hotel's location and category. Also, the check-in process took longer than expected and could be made more efficient for a better guest experience. In summary, it was a decent stay with a great location and comfortable rooms, but the service speed and breakfast quality need enhancement.

Calm and pleasant stay

The room is good, breakfast is very nice, and the staff is good. Vitthal Ingle, the manager, is a nice person.
