Capital O 661 Hotel Regal Inn

We stayed at this hotel for three days. The receptionist was very kind, polite, and always willing to assist. The other staff members were also polite and helpful. The 2/5 rating mainly reflects the reception and staff, who were outstanding. However, the room quality was very poor. Cockroaches were present everywhere — on the bed, curtains, bathroom, and other parts of the room. This was very uncomfortable and unsanitary, and the cockroach presence could lead to skin infections or other health problems. The hotel management should implement regular pest control and pesticide treatments to fix this. Aside from the room cleanliness and pest issues, the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Overall, the staff were excellent, but the room condition and hygiene require major improvement.

The room was nice but lacked amenities and there was no room service. Soap, towel, and water bottle were not provided.

They don't provide basic toiletries. When we asked for soap, they told us to use the handwash for everything. There is no safety lock on the inside, so it doesn't feel secure at all. All the windows are sealed shut. It seems like they are cutting costs too much, which has greatly affected the customer experience. There were too many cockroaches, so we had to change rooms. The AC in the other room was very loud. We had a very bad experience with problems one after another. We ended up sleeping without the AC even though we paid a lot. The staff was also unprofessional and seemed like they were forced to work.
