Hotel JM Four

We came on Saturday (11th July) during the day. The food was okay, but the lunch service was totally unacceptable. The senior staff member serving lunch was very rude and showed no basic courtesy when talking to us. Good food is meaningless if the service is disrespectful. Management should deal with this particular lunch shift staff's conduct. My meetings were held in the underground hall, but there was ongoing, disturbing noise from hotel construction or maintenance work right beside the conference room.
